Crushing and Screening Stage: The final product particle size of crushing is -12mm. The equipment selection is advanced and reliable, with low investment; the design adopts a compact and reasonable co-plant configuration for crushing and screening operations, making production management very convenient; the crushed product has a fine particle size, saving overall crushing and grinding costs;


Iron Ore Beneficiation Project
Grinding and Classification Stage: The fineness of the first-stage grinding product is -200 mesh (67%), and the fineness of the second-stage grinding product is -325 mesh (88.47%).  Energy-saving ball mills with bearing drives are selected for grinding equipment, significantly reducing grinding costs. A modified spiral classifier is used for the first-stage classification, and fine screens are used in the second stage to strictly control the classification particle size;


Magnetic Separation Stage: A magnetic separation process with one roughing and three cleaning stages is adopted, and wear-resistant slurry pumps are used for slurry transportation; Concentrate and Tailings Transportation Stage: The iron concentrate is filtered by a permanent magnet filter and directly transported to the iron concentrate stockpile by conveyor belt, while the tailings flow directly to the tailings ditch outside the beneficiation plant.
