1500t/d Lithium Ore Beneficiation Project

This project is designed to process 1500 tons of lithium ore per day, targeting the efficient recovery of lithium minerals (such as spodumene or lepidolite). The flowsheet typically includes crushing, grinding, gravity separation, flotation, and concentrate dewatering stages. Advanced separation techniques—such as dense medium separation or multi-stage flotation—are often applied to achieve high-grade lithium concentrate. The final concentrate is filtered and dried for shipment, while tailings are managed through filtration or pumping to a storage facility. The plant emphasizes energy efficiency, water recycling, and automation for sustainable and cost-effective operation.
