Customer Case Details
The project's ore deposit is a carbonate-type deposit, with the main metal minerals being galena and sphalerite. The gangue mineral is diopside. The raw ore grade is 5.61 g/t.
The process flow includes two-stage closed-circuit crushing, single-stage autogenous grinding, regrinding of lead rough concentrate, preferential flotation, and two-stage dewatering.
After grinding, the raw ore undergoes one roughing, three scavenging, and three cleaning stages to obtain a lead concentrate with a recovery rate of 90.49%.
Dewatering is carried out using a disc vacuum filter, achieving a dewatering rate of over 95%.
