The standard annex of the product contract for sale describes the product quality requirements, technical standards, conditions and deadlines for quality responsibility.
The scope of commitment includes industrial products sold by our manufacturers and authorized agents, as well as corresponding after-sales services.
The purchaser shall inspect the products within the specified time of arrival and provide opinions such as "acceptance qualified, payment according to the contract" and others.
The acceptance criteria of the demander encompass current industry standards, manual indicators, and special requirements agreed upon by both the supplier and the demander regarding the product.
All outsourced supporting products shall comply with the original manufacturer's service policy to safeguard the rights and interests of the demand side.
The product comes with an inspection certificate and a user manual to assist users in proper installation and use. Please install, use, and maintain the product according to the instructions in the manual.
Our company ensures that all products leaving our factory meet the standards, and non-conforming products are never allowed to leave. From the date of shipment, if the buyer confirms that the product has been installed and used correctly according to our requirements, and if there is a defect in the product, a written application can be made, and we will provide on-site repair, recall repair, or replacement.
In accordance with our commitment to product issues, we will promptly provide a solution upon receiving a quality objection. If on-site handling is required, we will dispatch professional technical service personnel to the site for resolution.
Under no circumstances shall the company be liable for any labor, materials, equipment, engineering, or other related associated costs resulting from the repair or replacement of defective products.
We provide long-term technical consultation and after-sales service for our products.
